Edward Tan is the founder and president of Tritan Consulting, LLC, an SBA 8(a) certified small business focused on supporting federal government programs. With over two decades of experience in IT services, Edward is a PMP-certified expert in project management and business transformation, adept at delivering results in high-pressure environments. Throughout his career, Edward has worked extensively with various federal agencies, including the Department of Commerce, Department of Justice, Department of Health and Human Services, and Department of Defense.
A compassionate and results-oriented leader, he excels at understanding client needs and translating them into effective, actionable solutions. His commitment to both clients and his team, along with his ability to successfully manage the complexities of federal IT projects, has established him as a trusted advisor and key asset in the government consulting industry.
Jermaine Isaac
Jermaine LaTron Isaac is the Founder and President of LaTronic Solutions LLC, an information technology company specializing in advanced analytics, data management, cloud infrastructure, and program management. Mr. Isaac is a distinguished IT professional known for his exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. His strategic and innovative planning methods have consistently delivered effective results, showcasing his independence, energy, and top-tier performance.
Jermaine began his IT career in the corporate world, working for prominent organizations such as Dell, Legg Mason, and Stifel Nicolaus. His foundational years in these companies helped him develop a robust understanding of IT systems and corporate operations. In 2008, Jermaine transitioned to federal contracting,
where he quickly ascended from a System Administrator to Engineer and then to various management roles. His rapid progression in this sector underscored his technical expertise and leadership capabilities.
